Community Items

We will not be assigning community items this year!! Hop and Vine provides so much of what we have needed to bring in the past, that there were so few things left over that we will be using the remaining reunion budget to buy these items and any overages will be paid for by the reunion team. The button  here links to a list of what is provided by Hop and Vine and what the Reunion team will be buying and bringing for those interested.

T-shirt Sign up

Click the button to sign up for your T-Shirt Size. Please send sizes by APRIL 28, 2024. We will be using BELLA+CANVAS T-shirts in Unisex, Youth and Toddler sizes. Use links below to see sizing charts and specs for the shirts.

Canoe/Kayak Trip Sign Up

Please click the button to be brought to a google form to RSVP for the canoe/kayak trip. This will be a 2-4 hour excursion that will cost approximately 40 dollars/person. Once we get final numbers we will finalize a rental company and reach out to those who have RSVPed with more details. Please RSVP by APRIL 28, 2024.

Meal Teams

Click the button to see our Meal Team Assignments for Reunion 2024! Given the shorter time frame of the reunion this year, teams are slightly larger, so you have the ability to get creative with your day if you'd like! We know there can sometimes be too many cooks in the kitchen, so feel free to distribute your team to different things throughout the day (i.e. coffee bar, cocktail hour, donut run, etc.) This is NOT mandatory, teams are only required to provide for dinner on their day, but we wanted to provide the opportunity to get creative.
